Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Product Returns
We are shipping perishable products and therefore are not able to accept returns. Unlike items that have a longer shelf life, items that are perishable cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for smoothie bags, prepacked veggies, and fruit hampers.
2. Requesting Refunds
(i) If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, please contact us at hello@fnvlifetsyle.com within three (3) days of receiving the product. We will assess your request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement of the product, credit towards your next purchase, or a partial/full refund.
(ii) To assist us in evaluating your request, we may require photos of the product label and reported issues.
3. Local Delivery Guarantee and Responsibility
(i) We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed on our website in a pristine condition. But in an unlikely case where the product received from our delivery personnel is damaged or in a poor condition. We would need to see evidence of this damage to enable us to provide an appropriate response.
(ii) If you choose to arrange pickup of your order using your own hired courier service or any other means, from our pickup address, we will not take responsibility for any damages incurred while in /transit.
4. Interstate Delivery Guarantee and Responsibility
Interstate deliveries in this context refer to deliveries made to states/cities outside of our base of operations.
(i) Interstate deliveries are sensitive and so the actual means of delivery will be agreed upon before your order is confirmed. Usually, the means of delivery could range from doorstep delivery, pick-up from our base, and pick-up from an agreed park/logistics center.
(ii) We guarantee delivery to the agreed location discussed when the order is placed in a pristine condition and in good time. Which could be a home address, our base or an agreed park /logistics center. But in an unlikely case where the products received from any of the agreed locations are damaged or in poor condition. We would need to see evidence of this damage to enable us to provide an appropriate response.
(ii) In a case where you are unreachable or do not make efforts to retrieve the items from the agreed location timeously, we shall not be responsible for any damage or deterioration resulting from your decision.
5. Address Accuracy and Retrieval
(i) Ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order to avoid delivery issues.
(ii) If you do not retrieve the order when our delivery personnel arrive at the delivery address, you will be accountable for the condition of the product.
6. Non-Retrieved Orders
(i) If an order is not retrieved from the delivery personnel or from the pre-agreed pick-up location and thawing/damage occurs, no refund will be provided.
(ii) Reshipment of non-retrieved orders will incur a 50% replacement shipment charge for local deliveries (within the city of our base of operations or branch) and an 80% replacement shipment charge for interstate deliveries.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests shall only be honored before the order is dispatched. Please note that once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled or returned due to the perishable nature of the products.
8. Damaged Products
(i) In the event of transit-related damage due to our own delivery personnel, contact us within three (3) days of receipt. Email hello@fnvlifestyle.com with a description of the damage and photo(s) of the received order.
(ii) For non-transit-related damage, contact us within three (3) days of receipt. Email hello@fnvlifestyle.com with a description of the damage and photo(s) of the received order.
9. Changes to Refund Policy
FnV Lifestyle reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page. We recommend reviewing our refund policy periodically to stay informed about updates.
